PTE is an online test that evaluates your ability in the English language. PTE Academic score is accepted by various colleges, universities, and governments worldwide. PTE Registration

Students who wish to appear for PTE Academic have to do PTE registration. They can apply through the Pearson website, where you need to first register with a PTE login id and password and complete the process. When the PTE Application form is complete, you can start the PTE registration process by scheduling a date for the test.

Steps for PTE Registration

There are several Test centers available for PTE all over the world. You can select any test center as per your choice as the PTE test dates on the availability of test centers. There are no fixed dates scheduled for the PTE exam. Willing students have to register on the PTE website first to check for the availability of the exam dates. For PTE registration you are required to follow the steps given below: 

1. You have to visit the official website of PTE and read the information on the page for more clarity. To begin with, the application form, click on “Step 1: Create your Account”.
2. You would be then required to carefully flesh out your profile. You will have to mention additional information, test preference, exam history, previous score reports (if any), and every other relevant information that could come in handy during the time of your admission or sending of scores. You should enter your personal details as they appear exactly on the passport. 
3. You will have to choose the test they would like to appear for (PTE Academic or PTE General) and in this case, it would be the PTE Academic Exam.
4. You will then have to schedule your exam by selecting the PTE Test Centre that is most convenient for you.
5. You have to select the date of the examination as available with the PTE Test Centre of your choice.
6. You have to revise your order one last time before going ahead with the payment. At this stage, you can reschedule the test date or change the test center without incurring any additional cost. Then you need to pay the fee.
7. Once the payment has been made. You can take a printout of the acknowledgment receipt. You would also have access to the same on your account’s dashboard. 

Points to be Noted regarding PTE Registration

• You must remember to carry valid identification proof at the test center on the test day.
• The name and date of birth should exactly match the identification document presented. If the name or date of birth differs from the identification proof from what is entered during the PTE registration process, you may not be permitted to appear for the exam. 
• An active email address should be given at the time of PTE registration. You will receive your login details and notifications including the availability of the scores on that email id.
•  Once the application form for the PTE Exam is filled and submitted then within 5 working days, the form is processed. 
• You can only claim a refund if you cancel the exam before the test date, but if you appear late for the PTE Academic Exam then there is no refund.
